At TNPSC Portal, we want you to be satisfied with our services. This policy explains our terms for cancellations and refunds on digital subscriptions and
course purchases.

  1. Nature of Service
    TNPSC Portal provides digital educational content, including study materials and online mock tests. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
  2. Cancellation
    You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current active period.
  3. Refunds
    Because our products are digital and access is granted instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once content has been accessed. However, we will consider refund requests in the following cases:
  • Duplicate payment (charged more than once for the same purchase)
  • Payment was deducted but access was not granted
  • Technical issues on our side that prevent you from using the service, which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time

    Email us at jjjindia@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with your registered email and payment details. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
